Frustration of losing money

These people have been failing to clear my name from their credit bereau, I have been paying since 2021 March and it is now 2024 and it still shows me as a person who owes them and I keep on declined for credit because of them. Tried receiving help from a lady called ntomfuthi Zwane who works for a branch in Daveyton she was laughing with her colleague and we don’t know what funny they even refused to give us their head office yet they are deducting money
