Review on Hantech
We contacted Hantech to install built in cupboards. It was honestly the most exhausting and emotional experience I've had with a small business. The owner had given us a discount, to in my opinion used this as a way to treat our order as less important. The company NEVER responded and their consideration of our time was atrocious. They were NEVER on time, it took them 5 days to complete the job because they had to keep going back and forth because they never took correct measurements or didn't cut wood according to the quote. I was in tears with the owner and he said twice, I'll just refund you. When I asked why does he keep staying that? Do you not want the business, he told me he isn't desperate for our business. So I think it's fair to say that he doesn't really need or deserve more business because he couldn't care less. Didn't bother coming in after the job was completed to see his teams work. He would actually drop his team off up the road so he could avoid us and having an honest conversation with us. Absolute worst decision we ever made and honestly, rather pay more money and get professionals.
