Hansie Puppies ****

Hi there. I would like to warn people against a place called Hansie Puppies, the person in charge is Anna (http://www.hansiepuppies.com) they are based in Richardsbay. They sell numerous breeds of puppies. So this morning I contacted them regarding a Golden Retriever. They had a beautiful one available for R3000 incl. delivery. The delivery sent me an email and requested I pay R15 000 for insurance purposes. I message the seller back and said I am not willing to pay that, she in return said not to worry, they will deliver that Tuesday then I only have to psy R500 per day for boarding and housing. I insited to collect the pup myslef but she said they do not allow that. That is when I realised this is a ****. I asked for a refund and the lady said they don't do refunds (this is nowhere stated) she then keeps on saying I must get the money together for housing the pup before they can deliver. She also still refuses me to collect the pup. After a lit of messages sent, she threatened to block my number.
