INJURY OF MY SON AT CRECHE

my 2 yr old started on the 05.1.2016, all was well for the first 2 weeks, then he started crying not wanting to go to creche.21.01.2016, he came with bit marks, scratch on cheeks & a burn mark at the back of the neck, when I went to investigate, i was told the child came with that neck injury in the morning, but when the social worker does her invst, she is told she was medicated by the principal at around lunch time after he fought with another child, my que is how long was there fight 4 my son to get som many scars, what burned him, where were the teachers. When I asked for the footage, principal said she will have to come on Sat to rewind, but when social worker ask abt it, she is told the camera did not record on that day, what a coincidence. I terminated the contract but am being told to pay the fees for 3 mnths.No one can answer how my child burned but I must still pay the fees. That creche is all about money & not caring for our kids. The principal can lie through her teeth as her stories contradict each other. I want the people to think twice before enrolling their kids with them. U will be liable for fees even if u take the child out after they injured him/her.
