Don't take your child to Hansel and Gretel Lenasia South

My complain is about abuse towards my baby girl 3 years old.

The issue started the very first day I took my child to the school on the 23rd January 2023, She came back complaining that the teacher shouted at her telling her to shut up. She was so traumatized that day that she did not want to go back again, but I forced her because I understood that maybe she is used to being at home and that was a new thing to her.

I then called the school on the second day to check what was happening with her because she was not ok when I dropped her. I was told to call after 5 minutes. Called after 5 minutes and was told that the baby is fine. When she came back from school she told me that the teacher pinched her on her chicks and thighs, other days she will tell me that she pinch her on her ears very painfully.

I gave the school the benefit of the doubt and I let my guard down, but my child kept on complaining about this behaviour until I decided to take her out. I was afraid to tell them what my child was telling me because thought the behaviour may be worse after that. Because you know how abusive people behave when they have been reported, my child would be exposed to this person’s anger towards her because she reported her.

The other day while I was fetching her from school I over heard another parent complaining that the teacher has beaten her child and while she was explaining the teacher came out and the child pointed that it was that teacher who beat him. I was interested in this story because my child had complained about the very behaviour. After that I decided to remove my child from the school and I told the school that I am removing my child from the school and the reasons leading up to that decision. I was told that they will conduct an investigation but if I am choosing to remove my child I have to pay them three months fee.

I chose to remove my child from this school because they are abusing her, she comes home hungry and when you ask her what she ate, she will tell you that she ate what I gave her to carry to school and the other thing is that they are not teaching the kids anything. When I ask my child what happened at school she has nothing to tell because they did absolutely nothing. The abuse and the neglect I cannot tolerate, the not teaching part is also a concern but the abuse and the neglect takes the cup.

Please do not take your kids to this school they are a *********. The abuse and the neglect is done intentionally so that when you complain and decide to take your child out they will request that you pay them the three months fee for early termination. This school should be investigated and put out of business for child abuse and neglect.
