Hans trek biggest mistake ever

Hans Trek was a very unpleasant experience and a huge financial loss to me. They quoted on moving my furniture from Pongola to Delmas. Pitched at 5:30am when the arrangement was 8am. I was ready but it kind of started the whole day wrong. They were in such a hurry to load the truck and at one point I went outside and found my furniture being carried out of the house and put on the grass, still wet morning from the morning dew. 2 Guys were busy loading an antique wooden bench and one end was put on the ground, causing the legs to crack. I had to ask them to please put the bench down because they actually just damaged my futniture beyond repair. When they left with my load iy was a 5 hour drive to Delmas. I arrived at the new address about 20min before them. As they stopped they didnt wait for instructions how and where they should put l boxes and furniture. Again, they just started offloading, putting ny stuff outside on the grass. I asked them to please give me second as I just needed to get my bearings straight to how the process should be organised. I was one person alone and could not be everywhere. The owner, Mr Hans then said to me time is money and they cant wait. Long story short, they broke my patio heater and he just said nit his problem because i didnt take out insurance. Months after i moved I couldnt find things. Still didnt find it. A red outdoor extention of 20meters, all my glasses, tools. I never found it and I never looked if they offloaded all my boxes because of the unpleasant conversation about my broken items at the time. I was jist glad he could leave and go. I will not recommend Hans Trek with his 1901 yellow old truck and trailer to anyone. A huge huge loss to me
