Cake Gone Off and Bad Attitude

On Sunday the 29th of March I Purchased a Chocolate Log Cake from Hanover Bakery in Mayfair. When I called on Monday to complain the lady advised i should freeze the cake and bring it back for a refund.<br> <br> The cost of the cake is R75.00. I reside in the East Rand and for me to keep the cake and than go back is a waste of time.<br> <br> this is not the first time they have ripped us off and they always sell their stale stock @ ridiculous prices.<br> <br> i want a full refund not a replacement cake.
