Non Payer & misconduct

I am a freelance accountant and have done work for Hannox Electrical, when I sent the financials to Mr Sinkala, he said both himself and his private banker was happy with them and that he was very very grateful for my effort. He then suggested we meet and when we did he groped me in the elevator and attempted to kiss me, I said he can't do that to me. thereafter he said that there was a list of things I didn't do and when I said that I did he said to present it to him, (which i did when i sent financials). He then said he will pay a quarter of my invoice because he know I need the money even though we agreed on the price and even have a contract in place and left. I then sent him reports from pastel, and sars submissions, emails and excel spreadsheets I compiled but haven't had a response. I wonder if this is happening because I refused to succumb to My sinkala's advances. I am appalled by this unprofessionalism and his complete disrespect for women.
