HANNON IGNORES ONGOING DISHONESTY!!!!

LHX (Limpopo Hair Extensions) in Mall of the North, Polokwane, is selling hair extensions as a HANNON product. The woman responsible, Eleane Barkhuizen, sold me second hand extensions and **** about it!!!!! When I contacted Hannon to complain about the product they simply said they cannot do anything about it as Hannon does not make hair extensions or actually own any salons and that their products are simply sold. This specific salon mainly branded herself with Hannon signage, thus giving the false impression that it is a Hannon salon! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! I went into that store because I trusted the Hannon brand! Well, I understand that Hannon cant take responsibility for this woman's indiscretions, but at least be more aware of what is going on the stores that do sell your product! And if necessary remove your products from the salon!!!!!! She is really doing you more harm than good! There are several people in Polokwane with the same bad experience and complaints!!!! Hannon, this is simply unacceptable!!!!!! DO SOMETHING!!
