Heinrich Siepker of Hannibal Tents is a *****

Heinrich Siepker blatantly stole from us. We bought a rooftop tent from him last year with the understanding that he will sell it for us after we have used it for a trip. He came to our house on 6 February 2020 to collect it with the promise of sending us proof that he is not in possession of it and selling it on our behalf. At this stage his business has already folded and the sheriff was organizing an auction. In my mind that is theft and we will now be starting ******** proceedings against him.
