Hannibal stole my Impi tent!!

Jaque from Hannibal Safari Equipment originally sold us our Impi rooftop tent&awning. We then decided to sell it on which he kindly agreed to do for us in December 2018. It was sold in February 2019, so we were told, and they received payment. Jaque's partner Heinrich who I have personally met on 2 occasions at their premises made a commitment to pay the amount by 12th April. I have not received payment. He has ignored all emails and phone calls since. This leaves me no option but to lay a charge of theft with the police.
