Company you can not trust - unprofessional, rude and time-wasters.

Please be Aware - this Business is non-professional and only after your Money. The Owner of the Business is never reachable and in case you can get hold of him he is lying into your face and is very rude. You are lucky if you get your Item back from the Workshop and if you do, make sure it is in an operable condition.

I gave my Roof top tent to repair - it was promised to me that it will be Ready in 4 days. I was requested to pay upfront. 10 days later I needed to be strict to demand my tent back.....unfortunately,with still unrepaired Problems. I brought it a 2nd time and the owner Heinrich promised me to take care of it. another 7 days later I was told the tent is Ready and I shall come at 2:30PM to fetch - which I did. When I got there nobody of the staff was informed and they have just started with it.... as well not enough staff was there to complete and nobody wanted to be in charge. Heinrich, the owner was again non-reachable - When I finally got him to pass by the Workshop he was Screaming at me and tried to make stories up. then he left with the words: my tent will be like new and re-installed onto my car in 10 Minutes. 3 hours later: finally the tent was repaired but nobody wanted to re-install it for me..as everybody wanted to leave. I was forced to leave my tent behind - again.... Be Aware - this Company is not serious Business.
