Worst landlords

Mr Hannes Eksteen is the worst landlord ever. He peeks over the walls every weekend and makes tenants very uncomfortable. He switches of your electricity for no apparent reason. You wil NEVER get your deposit back from someone like him. He want you to get mad and leave the premises so he can sue you for breach of contract. Seriosly not the landlord i would suggest to any one. House was extremely dirty in the firts place when i moved in.
