Mirinda has proved to be very helpful and dedicated to getting the job done, and has gone above and beyond in order to expedite the transfer process. I purchased a distressed property, which makes the process of transfer a little more cumbersome and long winded than a usual sale, and being 3 months in, has been able to effectively execute and assist with mediation between myself and the bank as well as the sellers. I had an emergency situation and Mirinda stepped up to help with impressive turnaround times on a complex matter. Communications with the Cape Town office are great, some work is required with the Pretoria office though, communication between the 2 offices could do with some improvement. Would definitely elect Hannes Gouws as the conveyancing attorneys when selling my property.
