Bad service

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was forced to approach above company for debt review. I paid regularly and eventually settled all my debt, and paid them their fee of R2 500. This was years ago! Since then they have not seen to it that my name is removed from the black list. After many phone calls and e-mails up and down, they eventually sent the application through, but alas, I am still blacklisted. I spoke to Bella, Colen and sent e-mails to A Coetzee. I cannot get a credit card from FNB now. This is bad service - take your fee and don't see the matter through to the end. I cannot even open an account
