UK online gifts company - Avoid

This is an online gift company based in the UK. I ordered Covid Christmas decorations in November 2020 - Cost R1200. I am still waiting for the delivery. They use a courier company Etsy which i would avoid at all cost. There is no tracking number and no way to contact them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
