Disgusting attitude from the lodge manager!!

I came to the Lodge to check it out for a function I was planning to host there.. To my surprise, I was not allowed entrance, apparently I had to make an appointment for that however such conditions are stipulated on their website. They didn't care how far I had to drive to their place. The receptionist and manager were utterly rude and seem to care less about potential clients. Such a behavior in hospitality industry is really shocking.. For a supposedly 4star lodge one would except an exceptional service not such treatment!! It was disgusting to say the least!!
