Disatisfied with doctors service

I had an appointment on 8/5/23 at Hanna Coetzee clinic to see my Chronic doctor , She asked me if their was anything bothering me or something that she should know of? I told her that I had kidney pains from the prevouis onwards, She told me arrogantly that we are not talking about yesterday or today ilnesses but would focus on what I am here for , she sounded Sarcastic and feel she is a little bit rude and dont Listen well to what people are telling her, In that few days time I still got the pain and go and see a private Doctor which told me that it could be kidney stones , he gave medication and said that i must come back on monday if i still have pain so that they can do a Scan , the pain is that serious , what if I get serious complications with my kidneys , and that is a organ to take very seriously, she also asked me about the Lansoloc that I am using and I said that it helps with my gout and that it works for me , she said that they will give me 3 months prescription and that they will see if they can take it away after the 3 months , She clearly don't listen and what if something happened to me , I feel that you must listen and help where you can , that is what she is there for , I think her name is Dr Trevor that help me , My private doctor said if kidney stones is still their when doing the scan they must then see to operate if medication dont help but they first will see , I just want you guys to Please learn your doctors some manners and that they have to treat people with respect and listen to what we have to say , I think she was moody and just want to finished , this could become a serious problem !
