Rental Agency - Leaves me in the dark

22 days ago I flew in to Paarl to see the rental apartment. I liked it.<br> <br> Yolanda asked for necessary papers - which I furnished - all was well. I even got her verbal agreement that the place was mine and I could move in anytime.<br> <br> I call today as she did not yet ask for deposit to be transferred, just to find out that the place is not available.<br> <br> One day before I move. And she could not let me know earlier. I had to even call. by the way she told me the news via an SMS.
