Tyre quality shocking

Last year replaced all my tyres with hankook, this year in April had to replace 2 of them as one had a bubble and other tyre blew. In April this year i replaced the two front due to bubble and blow out and now again tyre has bubble. Seems hankook quality has decreased rapidly over the years and now will be moving away from Hancook brand.
