Hankook makes **** tyres

In April 2018 I went to Tyre wheel and Tyre for 2 new tyres. 5 months later I phoned them when I only did 14700km with the Hankook tyres. Yesterday they said I must bring the car for 2 new tyres. Today I went there. They say handkook don't give you any millage warranty bull****!. My wheel alignment on my car is not out. In the middle of the Tyres there is no thread anymore. Hankook says I must wait someone to come and inspect the Tyres what bull**** is this.
