Hankook ATM RF 10 tyres not fit for purpose

<p>ALSO NO RESPONSE FROM HANKOOK :</p> <p>I have experienced the same problems as the customer above, with my set of 16 inch Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10's. It certainly seems that these tyres are not fit for purpose. (ie not all terrain tyres, yet marketed and sold as such, which is misleading the customer).By the way, my tyres' damage occured at 17 to 22 degrees C, certainly not 'excessively high' !</p> <p>I did manage to get an initial response from Charmaine the Natal Hankook rep.</p> <p>who admitted they were "chipping and chunking" (after only 12 500 km) and promised a follow up. I have tried countless times since then to have this resolved, but no-one from Hankook is getting back to me. In fact, the only time she answered the phone was when I in desperation used another phone (without my caller ID).</p> <p>FYI my tyre pressures are strictly maintained (using a tyre pressure monitor) at the following recommended inflation ; Tar = 2.4 bar ; gravel / sand = 1.9 front and 2.2 rear, load dependent of course.
