Hanifa : overport/musgrave centre manager

My wife and daughter used to shop here regularly. I have no problem with the clothes. The items are extremely beautiful, however service is absolutely pathetic. There is a coloured lady, I’m not sure of her name but she claims she is the manager. She is incredibly rude and arrogant. Stares people down as they shop, is very abrupt in the way she approaches you and creates an awful shopping experience. I had a negative encounter with her once and I asked to speak to her boss. To which she responded “oh they’re not here and I am the manager and I don’t care.” I still Made my purchase from the shop. Although I regret it. Why should I give my money at a place that has no care for customer service.
