This place used to sell the best chips in the neighborhood, the portion would always be enough for the price, but since the new owners took over, everything took a drastic turn. Now they sell small portions for the same price as before, they're now using used cooking oil to make the chips, and the spice now is like it's mixed with flour because it has a weird texture once it's mixed with vinegar
