Worst compony ever

Good day.I ordered a 4x4 battery operated s****** from this compony.I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrived. Finally when it arrived at my local post office i discovered that they send me a small plastic toy car.I left the package at the post office and emailed the company about the order.They reply to say that they are so sorry to hear about my package and they will only refund me $8 after i paid $38.99.I refused there offer and now they don't awnser anny of my mails.
