Empty promises

would like to log a complain with Handbag & Luggage access park in Kenilworth.

I bought what so call a leather laptop bag for R3,300 in August. Within two month was broken. I have return the bag in November since then I have been following up no joy lastly today when I call they just ignore me continue talking to themselves while waiting on the phone until I drop. When I call back they just not picking up the phone.
