<p>This is a friendly warning regarding a local 'builder' in the area that offers his services and takes your money (exceeding R250 000 in my case) and doesnt FINISH the work as promised. You are also left with his angry builders and other suppliers knocking on your door at all hours asking for their money as he does not pay them for their labor and work done!<br />I am left with my house and garden in total disarray and he ignores all my calls and emails.<br />I am left with a massive hole in my pocket and nothing that has been finished by him as promised and quoted on. <br />After some research i found out he has had similar issues with some other sites as well.</p> <p>He also refuses to bring back my house keys after numerous occasion of asking.</p> <p>The quality of the work he has done is extremely poor, half done and shocking.</p> <p>I would definetely not recommend him at all</p> <p>My lawyers is now taking it further and ill see him in court !</p> <p>The quality of the work he has done is extremely poor, half done and shocking.</p> <p><br />Thanks</p>
