Last minute damage control

We recently had to paint and do a general clean up of a rental property we have in Cape Town. We started with a completely useless team of idiots which we ended up having to fire a week before the new tenants were moving in. We then tracked down another 2 companies, Handyman being one of them. The first one was a half an hour late so that immediately disqualified them. Handyman were on time...in my books being on time is being 10 mins early. So they already had my full attention. But I'm happy to say it didn't stop there. The quote arrived when they said it would and with a week to go we gave them the go ahead. They worked right through the weekend redoing the previous guy's mess. The night before the tenants were due to move in, it was all hands on deck till 11 pm. At 7 am the next morning they were back cleaning up and making sure everything was ready for the tenants 10 am arrival. Jake's wife was sweeping the floors in her work clothes before going off to her own job. Lastly, they gave me a full report of the inferior work done by the previous guy in case we do decide to pursue the matter in a court of law in the near future. So yes, I can highly recommend these guys as they are young and hungry to do great work and see a project through.
