Handyfella ,the painter who charges a small ransom for just rocking up

Better known as Handy Tiaan (and he operates on his name and am @gmail.com address,) this man will turn 800 rand's worth of paint into R2400's worth of financial headache. His invoice has been deducted from my deposit. A deposit for a flat which is no greater than 40m2 will set you back R12000 after Handy Tiaan has got his hands on it. He claimed he primed - how do you prime over a primer??? Priming that costs 1200 no less. I can't claim his work is too bad but his services are vastly inflated, his charges ridiculous To request 70% deposit is just silly. He is a sub contractor for Elize de Witt and Properties. Go into this with your eyes wide open. And Tiaan, you owe me at least R3000. I want cash. Thank you
