Takes Deposits and don't complete the job

Mr Phillip van Vuuren from Handypro 24 quoted me on finishing a pedestrian entrance to my property in Cape Town. He required a R5460 deposit which I paid. The first day he left a worker there which started the preparations for the job. From day 2 he had excuse upon excuse as to why he could not return to complete the job! Eventually after 2 weeks he just ignored all calls for completing the job OR returning the deposit!<br> He started re-advertising his services via the internet. Handypro 24 is the name he advertises his 'services' under.
