Poor customer service and rude manager

<p>I booked a couples massage, with a picnic and one night stay over. The room listed in the booking confirmation was a premium room, however we were given a standard room. No manager was on site to rectify the matter, and when a manager finally took our calls he said that it was a mistake to have been quoted for a premium room and he can not to anything to compensate or help me, and that I should leave if I am unhappy. This is terrible customer service as I paid for what I was quoted for, and was entitled to the premium room. The rude manner in which the manager dealt with the matter was unacceptable. </p>
