They sublet your homes to tenants who cannot afford the rent and even have ******** records. They protect the interests of the tenant who does not pay above the owner of the property. Unless you're prepared to lose thousands of rands due to non-payment, have a lot of stress and have difficulty to get tenants who do not pay out of your property then you should make use their services. They do not support the owner of the property by any means. </p>
