Eden village ******* people with their deposit

2018 September me and my partner moved in dorandia Eden village I was heavily pregnant we needed a place close to work so that I don't struggle with driving and all. I took a loan to get that flat paid admin fee, keys, deposit and rent and my partner isn't working I was expecting our second born. That place every 6 months you need to renew your contract with R800 that's the reason we left .. we moved out last year September and we left that place clean and nothing was broken and I'm not only person who tells me that Hands on properties ******* money for deposit . I did take pictures as a proof that I left the place very clean... I tried to go to Small claims court but they didn't help me because they couldn't get the address..
