Irate consumer

Worst estate agent in Pretoria I have ever come across. Unprofessional by far. A tap was leaking about 4 months ago, it took them over a month for them to come and attempt to fix it. They brought a cheap basin tap for the Kitchen sink. Which keeps on dripping every week. We complained about it and the agent from Hands on letting acknowledged that their *********** maintenance guy buys cheap things in order for him to save himself some pocket money. Since this tap is a wrong fitting and keeps dripping water which I have to pay for and they not even willing to meet me halfway regarding the costs. To make matters worse now the kitchen cupboard is now getting ruined of the dripping water daily. Having acknowledged that they bought second hand taps, the maintenance guy has been here 2 times already attempting to fix the very same tap I'm complaining about and they have the nerve to tell me that the Rent is going up, despite my countless complaints about the same issue.
