Shocking Shower Floor

I contacted Gerrit to change and tile my shower floor. On receiving the quotation, I immediately paid and the work started. As more things were needed, I paid without any hesitation. I received progress photos throughout and it look very promising, I was excited and happy! Sadly, the end result is beyond shocking! No words can describe the disaster! The grout work looks horrible! At the very least, the water must drain through the drain in the floor but instead, all the water runs out through the door into the bathroom. I cannot use the shower at all! If you do not know what you are doing, do not accept the task and take money from people. Think twice before you use the services of this company!
