Hands Down over charges and under delivers

I am ashamed to say, that I tried again to contact Hands Down, after speaking to the company that also buys vinyl gloves golden hands.

I explained to the gentleman that Hands Down does not care, as the product has been opened.

I would just like everyone to know that Hands Down did not help me once again. Did you know that they sell Golden Hands for R200. Omnisurge sells their golden hands for R118.

Omnisurge is happy to see the product golden hands, as they do not fit. Yet Hands Down did not even bother, they said they couldn't give me a tester to try on and would not hear anymore, as I also had a shampoo product that I was unhappy with the outcome, but they feel they did everything to fix the default product, by giving me a tester and a cap, pump. Yet that is not what I wanted, I wanted a different shampoo that would close.

Feeling very disappointed for the salon industry.
