Great finished product, service can be improved.

The furniture is impeccable - excellent quality and the finishing is good. HOwever, I give 3 stars for the following reasons:

1. I was initially informed that my order will be ready in 30 working days due to covid, after which I was notified that it would now be 40 working days. 2. No real joinery at all. The tabletop is *****ed together, along with the base. I understand this is pretty common practice, but I would expect proper woodworking when paying this price for an item. 3. They got my order wrong and delivered with the incorrect invoice. After enquiring with them, I was told that it is the customer's responsibility to double-check the invoice (two invoices were emailed to me with the correct order, but the one delivered was the wrong one, with the wrong name and address). As this was delivered to my parent's house, I only noticed this a few days later when I went to collect. 4. The order was delivered with no confirmation of delivery. I merely inquired as to delivery to an address, and next thing they are at my parent's door calling me to open up. 5. After arranging for the table to be collected and painted to the correct order, I was only notified after contacting them that they will actually be making me a new order altogether and delivering to me in Langebaan. 6. The order finally arrived (11 weeks later), and the incorrect order is yet to be collected from my parent's house, which is now after 2 weeks.

In summary - the furniture is absolutely stunning, but the slightly off-pitch response and delays put a damper on my experience. If you are willing to wait a bit then I would highly recommend.
