Hanco Managing Agents giving poor service and arrogant

Hanco Managing Agents service is pathetic. They do not or rarely answer e-mails, their portfolio manager is arrogant - certainly no improvement on the previous arrogant portfolio manager. Also they think that we are children and threaten to SLAP A R500 FINE if they do something wrong. He came to the AGM unprepared and did not have some documents with him and blamed it on office staff who could not finish it in time - absolutely pathetic as he knew a full 2 weeks before the time when the AGM was going to be held. I certainly will not (and that goes for several tenants in our complex) recommend them to any complex.
