very dissapounted

i called Rene to Query my statement and she transferred me to another lady who later transferred me back to Rene , they didnt sent me my statements on time and now they have charged me the arrears hand over when i query that because they dont have an answer for me they dropped the call im really ****ed , And their back customer services is really not helping am i not allowed to query my statement and get answers for my query
