Damaged solar panels delivered & collected

This company is deranged, they delivered 6 x 585w solar panels damaged @ a R1700 fee to one of my elders which is 71 years old & having frequent weekly power outages in his area. They then want to have a courier dispute while he waits but then suddenly the panels are available for collection. I assist and go collect them ask twice if these were checked and confirmed in good condition, I was told yes twice as they don't want this ordeal again. To my surprise upon offloading the panels, I found at least 2 of them with cracks, which renders the panels lifetime to a point where it's not worth installing. Trevor & Sheri which are in sales make constant excuses, I had warned them and gave them ample time to resolve this.
