UNFAIR TREATMENT FROM HAMPTON REALTY

VERY TERRIBLE TREATMENT Unfair treatment My experience with Hamptons Realty wasn't nice at all. I got a place to rent in Roodepoort and I wanted to move in on the first July but when my mother went to view the place it still needed some repair work done, We communicated with a lady who owns the townhouse to do the repairs before moving in and She instructed my mother and the maintenance people who were on site to view the house to get her a quotation for what needs to be repaired so she can fix whatever. The quotation was sent to her the following day and she SAID she WONT BE ABLE TO AFFORD R7500 right now to fix whatever needed to be fixed in her Townhouse the money is too much for her AND SHE INSTRUCTED THE maintenance people that a report should be sent to the office to REFUND THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO COME STAY IN HER TOWNHOUSE because "we complaining alot" so we said okay since the owner of the Townhouse says we can't rent her place we'll wait for the refund, I paid R14 200 which wa she deposit and first month rent after a week we are told we being penalized because we breached the rules and from the money that we paid to Hamptons realty we got a refund of exactly R678 from R14 200 we were Penalized for breaching certain laws which didn't make no sense to me. I ended up not moving into that place at all but they still benefited regardless and to me honestly it's so weird to know that you guys work like that! I don't even want to say it's a racial thing it's just pure disrespectful to do what you guys did. 🤞 Nie almal sal glimlag en lag oor 'n situasie waar jy hulle uitbuit en voordeel trek uit hulle nie, veral wanneer dit oor swaarverdiende geld gaan.
