UNPROFESSIONAL

I own my own company, used Hamore Construction as transporter for work I had done at one of my clients. After a few days this woman decided to lie to me and tell me her truck broke down and yrgently need payment on services done which I paid immediately because I wanted to help and conitue making use of the service when truck has been "fixed". Only to find out that it was not the case, she **** to make sure she doesnt loose the payment because she got a new contract and rather terminated services with me of a fixed contract for a year to take on this temporary contract. She used my manifest books. I have been begging for two months now to get my book (valued at R500 a book) out of her. She just ignores all calls, WhatsApps and emails. It is so unprofessional. To her it might just be a book but to me it is a legal business book thats costs me. How do you just ignore clients especially on such a simple request to just return a book?
