No refund received

I bought an RDP house through Hamn Properties in October 2017 for R175 000. I was promised to move in within three months but that never happened. after the failure to deliver on the promise, i wrote and demanded that we sign a refund should they not deliver the house by end of March, the agreement was signed on the 4th April 2018 which stated that i would get my refund by the 8th of May to which that never happened. I signed the agreement with one Robert Hlongwane( ********** 095) in the presence of their administrator Thabo( ********** 735), to this day i'm still waiting for my refund. during the process i even tried getting a lawyer to get this sorted but no results. please assist Regards: Abram Rahlogo
