Hamn property is a ****, be warned
I have been looking for property, went to open market page on Facebook. Saw property which is being advertised by Hamn property, contacted them and contacted me back, arranged to view the property, went there. The house looked like it is being renovated so that they can sell it. In terms of paying for the property the agent told me that I make a deposit of about R80000 to the agencies account to secure the property (the bank must not be involved as my application could be turned down) then pay of the rest of the credit in installments (to the agency). Today I decided to go to the house alone, only to find out that the house is not for sale and the renovations are being made by the family. Luckily I had not paid the deposit, but I have given them my documents.
