Two-Faced & Unreliable!

Although Neil (Hammer & Neil) does a good job, he is, however, like a lot of people in this industry ... unreliable! I have been a loyal customer of his in the past & have even referenced & given him work from others - despite this & for no good reason, when I've tried recently to contact him for handyman work, he doesn't return calls, doesn't return WhatsApp messages & has completely ignored me! Hasn't even had the decency to reply to any message, explaining why he may not be able to take on a job/s. He's proven to be two-faced & unreliable - my advice, is to stay-away from his business & services.
