Trying to make a quick buck!

When I heard that Hamleys was coming to SA I was excited as I had been to there store in London, that store is a toy store of dreams. So when u guys finally came I didn't expect the same as how could you reproduce that experience. But after a few months I've seen the decline of your stores in SA, the closure of mall of africa. So when u opened in fourways mall I though you guys would change it up. This was my experience, I went and bought a hatchimal baby for R1000, then 2 days later checkers hyper had the same toy for R500, half the price, I took it back got a refund and went and bought the cheaper one. The next time I went into your store I found that your play area was open, you then told me I need to pay for that hour R100. At that time I was holding a lol doll that is R300. What this shows me is all your trying to do is make a buck. I can sit at Smoke Daddy's Cedar Square, my daughter can play as I spend my money there. So even though I'm spending money in your store you will still try and squeeze more out of me. So in finishing your a disgrace to the hamleys name. I will no longer support ur business and will give it 6 months before it fails. And it will as there 2 more stores in that Centre who out do you.
