Hames Movers Atrocious

I would not recommend Hames for storage or moving. A pricey study desk and chair was in storage for 18 months and not delivered. Upon numerous queries, Enock being one, promises to investigate and revert, the last feedback was that no it was delivered despite my disagreement.

Fast forward to the actual residence move, various attempts made to change quotes which were sent and accepted which I find highly unprofessional and *********. Storage unit glass was broken and I had paid an additional fee to have my daughter's bunk bed assembled. Surprise surprise when attempting to place linen on it it literally fell apart.

If you value your household items try another provider.
