Beware for Online Reservation Bookings

<p>I made a reservation at Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House (Graskop) for December 2016. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my reservation. I comp**** with the establishment cancelation policy. I am entitled to a refund of my deposit. I emailed Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House, requesting my refund on 22 November 2016. As nobody responded to my email, I contact Rooms for Africa, as the booking was done through them. I have emailed Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House / Rooms for Africa numerous times. Only one responding to my emails, Rooms for Africa. They unfortunate cannot refund me, as Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House must either refund them or refund me directly. I eventually got hold of the owner of Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House, and she told me that she needs to follow procedure, I enquired what the cancellation procedure was, but she could not tell me. It is nearly a month later, and no effort was made from Hamba Kancane Ma-Africa Guest House to contact me to make arrangements for my refund</p>
