Unhygienic and rude

The lady in the cubicle who does the rapid/pcr tests needs learn some manners and compassion. She is damn rude. No patient etiquette. And please stop sitting on your phone between patients. Its unhygienic. This was Hamadi in Belvedere Road. She needs to be reprimanded for having her phone in the cubicle while dealing with potentially covid positive patients. Her boss must be aware of this
