Terrible service and time waster

I went to Hamadi Lab for a test on July 24 and as of today October 6, I still haven’t received my results. I have sent multiple emails, called numerous times (sometimes twice a day) and each time the experience has been frustrating. They put me on hold saying they will transfer me to someone who can help only for the call to be dropped or rejected. It’s beyond disheartening. What concerns me the most is that despite all my efforts to follow up I started to doubt whether they can be trusted. I’m now questioning cause something is fishy. Every time I call they just take down my name, email and phone number again and again and promise to send my results. I have lost track of how many times my information has been collected, it’s all in their system so why does it seem like they don’t follow up unless I chase them? This whole experience has been exhausting. I went in for a test to gain peace of mind but their poor service has only increased my stress. There was even a point when after weeks of empty promises I got fed up and angrily talk to the person who picked my call only to be told my sample was sent to another lab. Even if my sample was sent to another lab, they should be able to do follow up.. At this moment all I want is a refund. If they can’t do their job at least they should be able to do a refund. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
